We kick off the 2016 wedding season with the lovely Sami and Andrew in this outdoors winter photo shoot. When my clients ask me for ideas for their e-session, I always encourage them to do their photo shoot at a different time of the year from the time of their wedding. This gives the photos a flavor that is different from their wedding photos. Most of the time, couples opt out of the winter shoot for obvious reasons, mainly the cold weather.
It was refreshing when the couple asked me specifically to do this session in the winter. I was very excited to oblige.
It was a rather worm day for February, but as the time of the shoot approached, the weather turned colder and a bit on the windy side. Still, the couple were in good spirit and their love kept them worm all through the photo shoot. Here are some of those shots:
